Nepenthes. [(lowii x veitchii) x boschiana] x platychila
Explosive colour, bold striping, and constant variation.
Released in limited numbers. Total Batch Remaining QTY 5
Nepenthes [(lowii × veitchii) × boschiana] × veitchii ‘Candy Dreams’ is a visually spectacular hybrid celebrated for its extreme colour variation and striking peristome striping. Pitchers can display an ever-changing mix of deep reds, hot pinks, maroons, bronzes, yellows, and lime greens, often layered together with dramatic contrast. No two pitchers look quite the same.
The repeated veitchii influence supercharges striping and colour intensity, while lowii adds texture and substance and boschiana refines the overall form. Together, they create a plant that feels expressive and dynamic, yet still well-structured and balanced.
As the plant matures, colour depth and pattern complexity continue to increase, with pitchers often becoming brighter, bolder, and more defined over time. This is a hybrid that constantly evolves, rewarding growers with genuinely spectacular visual outcomes.
